Osteoporosis is a silent disease affecting the bones, commonly occurring in mature women, generally in the postmenopausal stage of life. However, it disproportionately affects women more than men, particularly those who are thin. Treatment for this disease involves specific care, and patients are advised to consume only calcium and painkillers throughout their lives. Prolonged use of these medications can lead to digestive and metabolic issues.

Allah has divided human life into four stages: childhood, youth, maturity, and old age, with corresponding temperaments that align with the phases of life. Osteoporosis, which occurs during the bone-opening phase, is characterized by a colder temperament. In women, the onset of menopause, known as Menophase, marks the beginning of this disease. In osteoporosis, the components of bones, such as oils, salts, and minerals, decrease, weakening the bones.
